Most massage treatments involve removal of some clothing, but your modesty will be protected at all times with the use of towels draped over you as you lie in comfort upon a padded couch. Choose from : 30 MINUTES, 45, 60 OR 90 MINUTE treatments, dependent upon your time available. Swedish Massage
This is the basic form of massage, involving stroking movements, as well as kneading and percussive techniques over fleshy, muscular parts of the body, with the aid of a base oil to reduce friction. It is therefore necessary to remove clothing (except underwear), but you will be kept warm & your modesty protected with the use of towels draped over you, as you relax upon a padded couch, listening to soft, calming music.

Aromatherapy
This involves gentle massage, treating physical & psychological conditions with the use of essential oils, blended with a carrier oil, tailored to your individual needs. Blends for home use in the form of creams, or for use in the bath, or simply inhaled can also be purchased.

Sports Massage
This can be:
1. Pre-event massage(stimulative)
2. Post-event massage (relaxing)
3. Remedial massage (helping repair sore or damaged muscles)
4. Maintenance massage

Generally, sports massage is deeper & more vigorous than other types & helps improve sporting performance by aiding muscle recovery time between training sessions.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This is a special type of very gentle massage, for people with oedema (swellings), often as a result of enforced lack of mobility, surgery or even long haul flights.
